Most people know me as a Creative Director. The people I’ve worked with would probably describe me slightly differently. Somewhere between strategist, designer, facilitator, problem solver and occasional firefighter.

 

I’ve spent the last twenty years helping organisations figure out how they should show up in the world, then working with them to make it happen. Sometimes that’s a rebrand. Sometimes it’s a campaign. Sometimes it’s helping a leadership team align around an idea that’s been sitting in a deck for months.

 

My career has taken me through global agencies, independent consultancies and long-term partnerships embedded within client organisations. Along the way I’ve worked with Samsung, Danone, Sony, Nestlé and Unilever, helping organisations communicate more clearly, build stronger brands and create work that people actually remember.

 

I still think like an Art Director because that’s where I started. The craft still matters to me. But I’ve always been more interested in what happens after the presentation than during it. That’s where ideas prove whether they’re any good.
