Henkel's annual sales conference brought together more than 1,000 delegates to celebrate outstanding performance and reinforce the company's commercial ambitions. As Creative and Art Director, I developed a campaign platform and event identity that transformed an awards ceremony into a shared experience, aligning recognition, motivation and business objectives.
Recognition should motivate everyone—not just the people collecting trophies.
Henkel's annual sales event celebrated exceptional achievement, but there was an opportunity to create something with a longer-lasting impact than a single evening of awards. The challenge was to recognise top performers while inspiring every attendee to see themselves as part of the company's future success, all within a large-scale event spanning multiple markets and teams.

Rather than treating the winners as a separate group, the creative platform framed success as a shared aspiration. The identity, messaging and event narrative celebrated excellence without creating distance, reinforcing the idea that outstanding performance was something every delegate could strive towards. Every touchpoint worked together to turn recognition into motivation, giving the event a purpose beyond celebration alone.

The event celebrated current achievements while encouraging every delegate to see future success as attainable rather than exclusive.
A single creative narrative connected more than 1,000 attendees across presentations, environments and event communications.
Henkel described the conference as its most successful annual sales event to date, demonstrating the value of aligning strategic storytelling with production excellence.
Not only is this the best event we’ve done, it’s the best event I’ve seen in [the nation].
