Danone needed to educate healthcare professionals without relying on costly, logistically complex training experiences. As Creative and Art Director, I transformed an oversized event into a portable, story-led learning platform that reduced costs while making participation more engaging and easier to scale.
The experience was memorable. Getting it there wasn’t.
Danone’s international training programme successfully engaged healthcare professionals, but every event depended on bulky props, specialist presenters and expensive logistics. Reducing costs was straightforward; preserving engagement wasn’t. The challenge was to retain the same sense of discovery while stripping away almost everything that made the original experience difficult to deliver.

The breakthrough came from recognising that people don’t remember information—they remember solving problems. Instead of recreating a physical board game, the learning experience was rebuilt around an unfolding mystery that rewarded investigation, collaboration and discovery. By making curiosity the engine of participation, the format became dramatically simpler to deliver without losing the engagement that made the original programme successful.

An experience once dependent on shipping large installations became a portable toolkit managed by a single company representative.
Healthcare professionals uncovered product knowledge by solving challenges together, making regulatory information feel naturally embedded rather than formally presented.
Identity, naming, UX, motion and communications all reinforced the same strategic principle, creating consistency across more than 200 launch assets.
The creative solution was a massive help for us in teaching healthcare professionals—still, to this day, we use the platform. Long live Doctor Danoldi!
