Digify brand identity presentation
Digify

Scaling confidence

Digify had evolved from a digital services provider into a trusted sales-growth partner, but its brand still reflected the business it used to be. As Brand Strategist, Creative Director and Designer, I led a complete repositioning, creating a scalable identity system that aligned the team's expertise with how they wanted to be perceived—both internally and by clients.

Challenge

Businesses rarely notice the moment they outgrow their own brand.

Digify's team instinctively knew something was wrong. Their capabilities had expanded, client relationships had deepened and their role had shifted from delivering digital services to driving commercial growth. Yet their identity continued to undersell that evolution. The challenge wasn't simply to redesign the brand—it was to help the organisation recognise what it had quietly become, then express that with enough confidence to support its next stage of growth.

Execution

We redefined the role before redesigning the identity.

Rather than beginning with aesthetics, we started by challenging how the business described itself. Through research and collaborative workshops, a clearer position emerged: Digify wasn't building websites or running campaigns—it was helping ambitious businesses grow. That strategic shift became the foundation for every decision that followed, from the dynamic identity system and messaging to the rollout, ensuring the brand reflected the company's expertise rather than just its services.

Impact

Making the work
work harder.

Growth found a stronger platform.

A scalable identity system equipped Digify with the flexibility to support future services, partnerships and expansion without losing coherence.

Leadership aligned behind one vision.

Founders and senior stakeholders embraced the new strategic direction, recognising it as a more accurate expression of the company's role and ambition.

The brand caught up with the business.

The new identity replaced an outdated perception with one that matched Digify's maturity, expertise and long-term aspirations.

Endorsement

David didn't just redesign our brand—he helped us understand who we'd become. The strategy gave us clarity, and the identity gave us the confidence to communicate it. It feels less like a new brand and more like the business finally catching up with itself.
